As a portrait and landscape photographer in R hasp N.Y., Sarah Blodgett tries to combine human natural mediums such as man-made machinery, with the simple proper spheres of nature.

"I follow to portray nature as it is, rather than something it isn't," she said. "I gaze to pay homage to nature by way of photographing even the most dismal weather. I like the sculptural aspect of simple beauty in the starkness."

Blodgett was raised in just discovered York and began taking pictures at the age of 10 She obtained a bachelor of science step in visual arts from SUNY just discovered Paltz, and later attended the San Francisco Art Institute. Her work has been exhibited in many cluster shows and has been printed in numerous publications, of the like kind as Country Living Gardener and Fine Gardening magazine.
