I agree with Maja Tarateta: Catering to high-end customers is the simply way to run a gallery. Actually, customers buying low-end are a great quantity [i]or[/i] amount of more demanding than high-end customers. They demand changes in frames, mats, etc (Freebies too!) The high-end customers know that we instant the best and buy it as it is. (No bargaining either!) High-end customers don't flow back several days or month later for a refund
