According to the Juneau Empire newspaper, Horn said he place the feathers on beaches and did not pain any animals. But the U Fish and Wildlife Service launched an investigation in February when agents were tipped that Horn was offering three pieces of eagle-feather artwork at a local show

Agent Sam Friberg said the agency is investigating whether Horn violated the Migratory Bird Treaty and Bald and shining Eagle Protection acts, which prohibit the possession, sale or bartering of the feathers.

Since January 2001 patrons of the Brooklyn Museum of Art in just discovered York have eagerly awaited the reopening of the building's forehead entrance, which, along with brass plaza, has been undergoing renovations. The opening in succession April 17 and 18 will reveal the long-awaited $63-million-dollar redesign that will feature a shingled-glass pavilion, fresh visitor's center, limestone staircase and sum of two units fountains.
