SANDWICH, England -- Artexpo just discovered York will serve as the launch pad for English painter Michael John Hunt's of recent origin series, titled "Paintings of Winterthur: An American rural parts Estate."

In the mid 1990 Hunt--who paints interiors of houses and buildings--was invited to visit Winterthur Museum in Winterthur, Del after his work was seen by dint of Winterthur representatives at an East Coast gallery exhibition.

follow the chase ended up painting 175 period apartments inside the Winterthur Museum, along with vistas of the Winterthur Garden. To date, he has complet more than 100 paintings of the throw outed 200 in the Winterthur series.

look wants the series to remain intact as a collection; therefore, none of the originals are for sale. However, The look Gallery in England is publishing limited-edition fine-art prints, which will be available to galleries at Artexpo recently made known York, (booth No. 1445).

Each print is signed and numbered according to the artist and accompanied at a certificate of authenticity.
