BROOKLYN NY -- Rareposters is offering a fresh collection of posters created by dint of legendary New York gallery proprietor Leo Castelli. The posters were used to raise art exhibits by artists of the like kind as Roy Lichtenstein, Jasper John Andy Warhol and James Rosenquist at Castelli's Leo Castelli Gallery in Soho

During the 1960 Castelli's West Broadway gallery played a prominent part in the development of burst art. The shows at the gallery helped launch the careers of many of the above mentioned artists and several others.
