modern YORK -- Now in its 16th year, the Works upon Paper show, running Feb. 26 between the walls of 29 at the Park Avenue Armory in strange York, brings together 76 international exhibitors displaying watercolors, fine prints, photography, drawings, placards and illustrated books.
